Enhancing Real-Time Video Intelligence to Our Troops

As military manned and unmanned platforms increase in number and overall capabilities, the intelligence information being required is at an all time high. There is a need for full motion video technology and processing to reduce the time required to obtain situational awareness information as well as improve the performance of existing automated analysis tools, such as facial recognition, targeting and video analytics. Last year government spending on military video surveillance systems reached over $8 billion. The 2012 budget for military video surveillance is anticipated to increase.

In keeping with the latest developments, IDGA is pleased to announce the second iteration of our successful Full Motion Video for Defense Summit! IDGA’s Full Motion Video for Defense Summit will provide a venue that allows our delegates to take part in a networking and collaborating opportunity where debate, dialogue and discussion are encouraged. Delegates will understand the most up-to-date challenges and solutions in the field, as well as the future of full motion video. Find out about current initiatives, challenges, lessons learned and future plans and requirements. Don’t miss out on your chance to exchange information and forge partnerships with the leaders and innovators of the full motion video community

Featured presentations will highlight:
